Please note that for our services we prioritize tenants who live in Notre-dame-de-Grâce. We also provide services for tenants who live in Côte St-Luc, Hampstead and Westmount.  ​ 

 

If you do not live in our territory, please contact the housing committee in your neighborhood.

It is forbidden to  schedule multiple appointments in advance. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you schedule more than one in advance.  ​

Appointment Information Policy  

The duration of an appointment is 45 minutes.  

The maximum number of interventions is 4 appointments with our counsellors. As a result of these, no solution seems to have satisfied or been able to meet your expectations and requirements. This is why we see ourselves obliged to close your file at LogisAction.      

 

Cancellation policy  

In case of cancellation you must notify us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance by email and/or telephone.  ​ 

 

Delay Policy 

In addition, if you arrive late for your appointment, you must notify us as soon as possible. In case of delay, you will not be able to recover the lost time. Our staff being limited and very busy, we cannot exceed the duration initially planned. If this does not satisfy you, you can make another appointment.  ​ 

 

Due to the non-respect of our policy (for example, clients who schedule multiple future appointments, clients who do not advise us of the cancellation of their appointment), we are under the obligation to remove the option that enables our clients to take an appointment on our scheduling platform.  ​
