A ROOF LIKE HOME FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN NDG
The main objective of the project is to mobilize the community towards a project aimed at increasing the number of new social and affordable housing units for at-risk youth in NDG. The first phase of the project was to carry out an assessment of the housing needs of young people. Currently underway, the second phase aims to formalize partnerships with the community.
COOPÉRATIVE: PARTAGE ET SOLIDARITÉ
Le projet « Coopératives : Partage et Solidarité » est mené par LogisAction de 2021 à 2023 et a pour but de maintenir les logements coopératifs existants de l'arrondissement Notre-Dame-de-Grâce en bonne condition. Ensuite, l'objectif du projet est de mettre en contact des locataires vivant dans des coopératives en difficulté financière, d'insalubrité ou de problèmes de gestion avec des locataires vivant dans des coopératives qui fonctionnent bien afin qu'ils et elles puissent partager leurs connaissances dans le but de créer une démarche d'entraide.

AT HOME IN NDG
The project aimed to equip older tenants with the knowledge and support to participate in resolving housing issues. This project allowed us to transmit essential information to older tenants, to better target the issues that affect them and to increase the accessibility of our services.
ST-RYAMOND/
WESTHAVEN
This is a demographic survey financed by the municipality, in collaboration with the departments health and urban planning from the University of Montreal, which aims to study in depth the demographics, housing conditions and rental stock in the neighborhood.
